  Quick, no nonsense service. The only weird/out of the ordinary part is having to log in/sign up on the computers even to buy things in store. So, it's not a standard retail situation like other PC stores if that's what you are expecting. Could be quicker to just be able to tell the guy at the desk what you want and have them ring it up for you. Although, having an online account is nice to keep record of all your previous purchases (this system has its own merits for continuous customers), I could see it being a bit of a hassle to go through the sign up process for a one time purchase of something small. Either way, I recommend ordering items online before coming into the store, then bringing in your order number (unless of course you know your sign in details off the top of your head). Much quicker that way. Prices are also very competitive.

  Been using for Umart for years, Good prices, decent service, only issues I have ever had is when phoning them at times they are very busy and it takes awhile to get through, something I am willing to deal with as most interactions I have with them are directly via online purchasing, to which they have never made a mistake on any of my orders. Staff seem helpful as I am often in store picking up orders and see them happily helping out customers with their problems and or questions.

  Updating review again, the Aussie guy on the front counter has excellent service skills, even helped me carry up my large order and was friendly, great example for the crew!

  Good location close to the motorway, lots of off-road parking. Great service. Staff product knowledge is amazing. Never a long wait. The few times I had a problem with a product, the exchange was quick and painless. Don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore. The best!

  Been coming to you guys for the last 5 years. Customer service has been very good... EXCEPT for the last time I visited. The middle-aged Asian man with glasses (is he the manager?) gave me the A4 invoice but no EFTPOS receipt, just telling me to go downstairs. I asked him ONCE about the EFTPOS receipt and he just literally SHOUTED at me in front of all the other customers, to "GO DOWNSTAIRS!". If he properly explained the procedure and didn't shout at customers, he won't be losing business. Unacceptable really.
