  We stayed there and at first everything was good the other tennants were amazing we enjoyed our time but once we left the place we were treated unfairly they refused to give us our bond back under the grounds that we were smoking mind you we never did they told us we had a ashtray under the bed which was a lie my hubby smokes but outside only we had a old milo tin out the front with chairs he would use for his smoke butts we cleaned the entire place before we left we kept to ourselves mostly and always paid rent on time but apparently they need $1000 to clean up the place which is bullshit .. be careful go the Aussie gardens they are more nicer and friendlier ..

  As a permanent resident, couldn't find a safer Park, great facilities, prices are great, staff are amazing... So recommend! Shop is excellent And maintenance staff are fast and awesome people! 6 stars!

  It's a caravan park with a pool and a fish and chip shop, it's simple but executed well, the people are fine unless you have a stick up your a**, don't be that guy.

  As a permanent resident..I find this caravan park in a great location, clean facilities, and clean orderly vans. Staff took my complaint seriously and made adjustment and all is well and happy. Staff are always friendly and chatty. Feel safe and secure here.
